  • Minimum years of education required: high school diploma/GED
  • Specialty: primarily residential, limited commercial
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Competitive wage based on experience
  • Schedule: 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M – F
  • Overtime is offered when available and may be required at times
  • Experience in residential remodeling, including older homes
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to train helpers/apprentices and work as a team
  • Understanding of safety best practices for each job
  • Hold and maintain a Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License
  • Punctual, flexible, and self-motivated with demonstrated ability to follow through on work
  • Attention to detail and ability successfully multi-task and solve problems quickly
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • Able to pass drug tests and background checks
  • Maintain Stafford’s commitment to service and satisfaction in all facets of daily work
  • Communicate with customers, team members, and management with professionalism and clarity
  • Successfully complete service calls in a timely manner and with a constant focus on customer care
  • Lead and mentored apprentices in developing their knowledge/skills while maintaining a high standard of service and craftsmanship
  • Clearly and thoroughly complete all necessary documentation of each job upon completion
  • Actively participate in company meetings and training, as well as state-required education/training
  • Maintain clean presentation of a self and company-provided vehicle
  • Help track inventory and quality of parts, tools, and other equipment
