  • Job type: Full-Time
  • Minimum years of education required: High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Schedule: 7 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. M – F, Flexible Hours
  • 2 – 4 years scheduling experience
  • General knowledge of the construction field
  • Computer and typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to solve problems and work well with others
  • Maintain Stafford’s commitment to service and satisfaction in all facets of daily work
  • Serve as first point of contact for customer concerns, resolving them with efficiency, effectiveness, and positivity
  • Utilize customer service and organization skills while answering phone and scheduling/coordinating service calls
  • Dispatch technicians/calls in strategic, organized fashion
  • Provide a clean, welcoming environment while greeting visitors at the front desk in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assist with minor billing duties
  • Other miscellaneous office duties as necessary
