We had a 25-year-old furnace that needed replacing (along with an old AC) and were interested in heat pump as an option to efficiently reduce our use of gas and to cool more efficiently, too. The salesperson, Nick, was very thoughtful, willing to answer dozens of questions about system options and to support our choices without being pushy. The install team was very polite and professional, and did a terrific job. They checked in regularly and worked efficiently. We would definitely work with Stafford again.

We upgraded our AC and furnace to a heat pump/resistance combo. We got through some 0-degree nights no problem. Stafford was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
