Patrick is an excellent technician. He let my dog work with him, and this guy was here for hours getting everything perfect. He explained everything in detail afterwards, both what he had done, and how to care and maintain the unit going forwards. I continue to be impressed with Stafford after several jobs. I called around and the cost for their service was the lowest out of several other local options, including CenterPoint.
